3.Find me a Bollywood "Commercial" movie which entertains you throughout the movie.(happy new year's runtime is 179 mins and I BET YOU WILL NOT FIND A SINGLE BORING SCENE.
4.Find me a "Commercial" Shah Rukh Khan movie in last 7 or 10 years which entertains you this much! (even movies like Chennai Express,Om shanti Om,Main hoon Na are like "kids" infront of Happy New Year)
Story--> "Its all about a hand full of diamonds"...jokes apart a perfect revenge story is this one.where the Hero & Villain don't indulge in hand to hand fight yet you feel the heat between them.
Indiawaales aka TEEM DIMONDS(Credit goes to deepika for her inglish) participates in World Dance Championship to Steal the Diamonds from Atlantis Hotel,and how they got succeed in doing this is the rest of the story...oh wait picture abhi baaki hai mere dost ;) Only revenge was their motto but how they becomes true Indiawaale till the end is the thing to be cheered for.How the patriocism works big time is the thing to be whistled for.
PERFORMANCES:-
Hail Shah Rukh Khan....How can i describe my idol's performance...he was at his best in #HNY.be it comic scenes,emotional part,heist part or the climax.the dialoguebaazi between him & jackie,the climax dialogue,the way he describes the heist plan.LOVED it....HE HAS SIMPLY ROCKED IT!
Abhishek Bachchan has surprised me alot.Actually He has the Best role in Happy New Year.a Complete MADDDDD Role...those people who were criticizing his casting will eat their own words....I can't remember when was the last time the entire audience had laugh at every fukin scene! Watch out for the climax where he tries to unlock the screws by removing his clothes.FUKIN Hilarious! Nandu Bhide is the STAR OF HAPPY NEW YEAR.
Deepika Padukone and her inglish both are equally awesome,her mad dance in Lovely or the emotional scenes,She is the soul of happy new year.though she makes her entry after almost 45 mins.her *modified* speech of "Sattar Minutes" simply rocks...."Kitna original speech hai" :P
Sonu Sood has done a great job and in the opening fight sequence he has simply nailed it.same goes for Boman irani and Vivaan.both were so true to their characters.
Direction:- Farah Khan...she was the one who directed Tees Maar Khan.trust me after Happy new year nobody is going to remember this fact again.she'll be remembered as the director of Happy New Year.the way she blends the Dance,Heist with a pinch of laugh in every scene is the thing to be watch out.The choreography in the Climax is mind blowing. but there are some loopholes too in her direction and the fight sequence between SRK & Koreans was unnecessary.
Dialogues written by Mayur Puri Ji were perfect and one of those reasons behind the comic relief.no forced jokes are to "make" you laugh.laughter comes automatically whenever Nandu opens his mouth..."Haaro toh Haaro Izzat mat utaaro".Thank you Mayur Puri ji for this one.
*Conclusion:-
Happy New Year is awesome because the main part which is "heist part" is really unique and awesomely portrayed...and this is the field in where #Dhoom3 failed to make a mark.You will laugh in almost every scenes,you will enjoy the heist part,you'll feel proud to be an Indian in the climax.Its a complete bollywood movie.Background Music plays a important role her.
So Go and Watch it! trust me This is the BEST Commercial Entertainer ever.

P.S(3):- So many SRK movie dialogues are there and a spoof of ChakDe Speech "Sattar Minutes"..SRKians gonna LOVE IT.Thanks farah.
